AWebber AWebber is another popular email marketing platform. They do not have a free option, but the monthly fee is not expensive, and many find it easier to use than mailchimp.
With both providers you can create sign up forms, campaigns and auto-responders. They also link up to paypal so that customers who buy are added to the list of your choice to receive future correspondence.

Mailchimp and Awebber have yet to offer a horizontal opt in, and are limited in their form options, and Jotform is just the solution for that.
