In addition to the Terms above: Terms and Conditions for annual subscription: ** You are purchasing a one-year professional membership. For your convenience and to protect your membership and insurance from lapsing, your yearly membership will auto-renew in one year at the same monthly rate.
By making your payment and submitting the form, you agree to be charged CA$298 per year for a minimum 12-month membership contract after which you can cancel prior to your yearly renewal date.
Terms and Conditions for monthly subscription:** The monthly payment option is a one-year professional membership split into 12 monthly payments. By signing up for the 12 payment plan, you agree to pay all 12 payments. For your convenience and to protect your membership from lapsing, your yearly membership will auto-renew in one year at the same monthly rate of $29 / month plus taxes, which will reset your 12 payment plan for the next year. If you decide to cancel your professional membership at the end of your 12 payments, you agree to provide 10 days notice. No refunds are available once a payment has been made.
NOTE: We no longer offer the monthly plan option to new members. This is an option that has been phased out only memebrs who have an existing monthly plan may opt to keep this plan going. In order for an existing member to continue use of the monthly plan option, they must keep the membership in good standing. If a payment is outstanding for more than 24 hours, the option to keep a monthly plan will no longer be available and signing up as an annual member will be required.
** If you are denied access to the membership, a 50% refund will be returned to you. It is important to provide all required information and confirm whether your school is approved prior to applying to avoid such a situation.
Schools and Continuing Education Providers
By submitting your application and making your payment for review, you acknowledge that the fee is for a review of your program only and does not guarantee that you will be approved. It is important to review our requirements for educations institution approval for prior to applying for approval to ensure you qualify.
Due to the nature of our business we do not provide a refund of any kind for auto-renewal payments, school and continuing education reviews and / or other products / services paid for.
As per your agreement, if you are on auto-renew and do not wish to renew your membership, you must cancel your auto-renew payment prior to the payment coming out. Refunds are not granted after a payment has been taken.
New members may request a refund minus a 25% processing fee within 24 hours of the payment being taken if you have not yet been granted access to the member area. If you have been granted access to the member area, no refund will be granted.
